For over 20 years, Golden Rule Construction and Remodeling, has been serving Arizona through collaborating with families and companies in creating quality beautiful floorings and more!

Our experience over the last 20+ years includes working with major developers such as  Beazer Homes, Richmond, Ryland, and many other custom home contractors. Our commercial expertise includes car dealerships, large hotels in Sedona and Prescott, and more!

Golden Rule is versatile– we can handle projects of any size and scope. Our team works with some of the largest general contractors in the Southwest on large-scale commercial projects but is also comfortable working one-on-one with residential customers on custom home flooring projects. Whether you have a set vision of what you want or need guidance from our team of experts, we are here to help!

Our company was birthed from a family legacy. Owner Luis Manzo, as a young man learned his skill set working with his father, a former custom flooring owner, during the summers and weekends dating all the way back to 1998. With a detail-oriented father, he learned how to do flooring with care and efficiency. Throughout the years he found a passion to bring people’s ideas to life with care and quality.

After many years of perfecting his craft, Luis became a licensed contractor in 2017. He then took over the family business and continued to focus on building a quality team that held his same values to both provide the best customer service and flooring results for you
